Customer Support manages all maintenance support contracts, offering frequent visits to customer sites to ensure the proper operation of installed equipment.

Service Level Agreements (SLA) for maintenance support are tailored to specific customer requirements that may include a 24-hour, 365 days per year call out with different response levels when a fault does occur.
