ECS has a dedicated team of experienced Customer Support Engineers who are focused on delivering a complete solution from System Design to Installation, Commissioning and Training. Our team has extensive experience of RF Inhibition and Data Link systems gained in a variety of operational environments.
We encourage a dialogue between our customers and the Customer Support team from the earliest pre-sales discussion. Site and vehicle surveys are often needed, so that the team can integrate our systems effectively and optimise performance to operational requirements. This ensures that our systems are built, installed and operated in an efficient manner to the customer requirements. The relationship with our customers continues throughout the Installation and Commissioning of systems, training of operators and post sales support. Training can take place at our facility in the UK or at any location to suit the customer UK and abroad.
