A sophisticated channel state indictor system provides an accurate measurement of received signal to noise performance, selecting the best available information from the dual antenna inputs in real time on a carrier by carrier basis. It can be used for digital video surveillance as well as a wide variety of other applications.

This ECS COFDM digital receiver can be used with a wide variety of covert and overt antennas. Individual low noise frequency down converts are provided for each antenna. This equipment is provided in three parts, two modular down converters, a receiver with an IF input and a control panel that provides receiver and signal status.
