The MACROVIEW COFDM diversity receiver is a lightweight handheld Full Motion Video (FMV) receiver, similar in size to a personal MBITR radio. Utilising the standard MBITR battery and harness, the unit is fully compatible with FMV downlink equipment that is already in service and deployed with both UK and overseas military and emergency services.
Designed primarily for dismounted use the MACROVIEW COFDM receiver can be quickly deployed by personnel, but can also be utilised in a fixed or vehicle role. Encompassing the in-built display, negating the need for any cumbersome hand held monitors, the MACROVIEW also delivers the following:
